摘  要:近年来上海市重大市政工程变形监测逐渐走向常态化,由于多种原因,重大市政工程变形监测由多家单位实施,存在监测基准、技术标准不统一等问题,因此建立上海市重大市政工程变形监测技术体系十分迫切。文中对重大市政工程变形监测中沉降监测进行重点研究,建立起全市统一的沉降监测技术体系,实现全市沉降监测"一张网",编制出《上海市重大市政工程设施及周边地面沉降监测技术规定》,建立了变形监测信息系统,实现了统一的沉降监测基准、统一的技术要求、统一的数据平台,为《上海市地面沉降防治管理条例》实施提供了技术支撑。In recent years, deformation monitoring during important municipal engineering projects has become gradual y more common in Shanghai. However, for various reasons, the technical standards associated with deformation monitoring of major municipal projects implemented by different companies, and the ifducial markers used, are not uniifed. Therefore, there is an urgent need to establish deformation monitoring rules for important municipal engineering works in Shanghai. This paper focuses on land subsidence and its impact on important municipal engineering projects to establish a uniifed technological land subsidence monitoring system and develop a monitoring network for Shanghai. We also propose that a series of technical regulations for land subsidence monitoring of important municipal engineering facilities and the surrounding requirements are drawn up for Shanghai, and suggest the creation of a deformation monitoring information system in which the ifducial markers used for land subsidence monitoring are uniifed. Therefore, there is an urgent need to establish deformation monitoring rules.
