摘　　要：古树名木,指的就是在人类发展历史中保存下的具有文化、历史或科研价值的树木的总称。作为我国珍稀的植物资源,古树名木是我国优质的文化遗产,具有非常高的收藏和观赏价值,但是,由于各种原因的影响,古树名木衰败死亡,使我国遭受重大的历史文化遗产损失,我们应当及时采取有效策略,来保护古树名木,本文针对惠州市古树名木衰败死亡的原因和保护措施,做了深入的分析和探讨,以飨读者。The ancient tree is the total name which has the historical value in the long history. As the rarity resource in our country, the ancient tree is cultural heritage in our country. And it has relative high collective and view and admire value. With the various reasons, it leads larger historical cultural loss in our country and we should apply effective strategy to protect the heritage. The particle analyzes the reason for the death of the ancient tree.
