摘　　要：随着国家经济发展,每年新建住宅成为主要建筑项目,建筑物的电子信息设备的防雷接地系统日益规范化,本文结合实际建设的一个高层住宅工程,分析住宅的防雷计算,与接地和总等电位联接的实际施工注意事项。With the development for the economy, the newly -built building has been the major architecture project. The electronic information for the lightning protection system of the building has been regular. The particle combined with the high -rise project to analyze the lightning computation of the residence and came up with some tick of the grounding and total electrical.
