CO_2气腹对腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者胰岛素分泌的影响

摘　　要：目的：探讨CO2气腹对腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者胰岛素分泌的影响。方法选择2013年1月-2013年9月在我院行择期腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者120例作为试验组，同期行开腹胆囊切除术患者120例作为对照组。比较两组患者术前、手术开始后15min、手术结束时及术后60min血糖、血清胰岛素、C肽。结果两组患者各时间点血糖、胰岛素水平及C肽水平比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）；两组患者术前与术中、术后比较血糖、胰岛素水平及C肽水平比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论 CO2气腹并不影响腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者血糖及胰岛素水平。Object：Explore the effect of CO2 pneumoperitoneum on serum insulin in patients received laparoscopic cholecystecto-my. Methods：One hundred and twenty patients received elective laparoscopic cholecystectomy in our hospital from Jan. 2013 to Sept. 2013 were recruited as test group,the other 120 patients received elective open cholecystectomy as control group. Blood glucose, serum in-sulin and C-peptide were detected before operation, 15 min after the beginning of operation, the end of operation and 60 min after oper-ation. Results：There was difference in blood glucose, serum insulin and C-peptide neither between the groups nor before and after oper-ation （P〉0.05）. Conclusion：CO2 pneumoperitoneum do not influence blood glucose and serum insulin in patients received laparoscopic cholecystectomy.
