摘　　要：巨噬细胞浸润是多种肾脏疾病的常见病理表现。根据其表面标志及功能的不同,巨噬细胞可以被分为不同的亚型。研究发现肾组织中巨噬细胞的亚型与肾脏损伤、修复或纤维化的关系非常密切。本文对近年来有关巨噬细胞的生物学特性、功能及与肾脏疾病的关系作一综述。Macrophage infiltration is a common feature of various renal diseases. It may be identified as different subsets in accordance with their phenotype and function. Emerging evidences suggest that the subset of infiltrating macrophage is closely correlated to renal injury, repair or fibrosis. Here the biological feature, function and associated mechanisms of maerophage and its relationship with renal diseases are reviewed.
