摘　　要：生物电阻抗测量作为一种简便、无创、低成本且重复性好的容量评估手段,其准确性及临床意义得到越来越多的证实,目前临床应用日益广泛。本文就生物电阻抗测量的基本原理、临床常用方法及不同人群(包括透析患者及危重症患者)中的应用及其局限性,探讨生物电阻抗测量在临床容量评估中的应用。As a simple, non-invasive tool with low-cost and good reproducibility, bioimpedance analysis （BIA）is increasingly used to evaluate body hydration status, and its reliability and clinical values have been confirmed by more and more data. This paper will review the basic theory, methodology, clinical application in specific populations including dialysis patients and critically ill patients, and the limits of BIA.
