摘 要:高血压左心室肥厚(hypertensive-left ventricular hypertrophy,H-LVH)作为左室肥厚(LVH)最常见的因素之一,可使心血管疾病的发病率和死亡率均增加,近年来这类疾病引起了人们的高度重视。许多临床研究表明,原发性高血压患者的血清瘦素浓度明显升高,其机制可能与瘦素引起的交感神经系统(SNS)和肾素-血管紧张素-醛固酮系统(RAAS)的激活密切相关。而H-LVH发生的两大主要机制是SNS和RAAS的激活。因此,H-LVH与瘦素之间存在着关联。本文旨在总结H-LVH与瘦素之间的联系,并为治疗H-LVH并改善其预后提供新思路。Summary Hypertensive left ventrieular hypertrophy (H-LVH)is one of the most commom factors of left ventricular hypertrophy. It can increase the morbidity and mortality of cardiovascular disease, which has already caused the people's high attention in recent years. Many clinical studies about serum leptin concentration in pa- tients with essential hypertension were significantly increased, and its mechanism may be related to the activation of the sympathetic nervous system (SNS) and renin angiotensin aldosterone system (RAAS) from which leptin has induced. Two main mechaaisms of H-LVH, are SNS and RAAS. Therefore, there is correlation between leptin and H-LVH. This paper aims to summarize the relationship between leptin and H LVH, and provide new ideas for improving the treatment and prognosis of hypertensive left ventrieular hypertrophy.
