摘  要:目的:观察益气和血通络方对大鼠心肌缺血氧化应激反应的影响。方法:尾静脉单次注射垂体后叶素(Pit),建立大鼠心肌缺血损伤模型,观察各组大鼠的心电图ST段变化、血清中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性及丙二醛(MDA)含量的变化。结果:益气养血通络方能改善垂体后叶素引起的急性心肌缺血心电图变化,提高血清SOD活性、降低MDA含量。结论:益气和血通络方可提高心脏抗氧化能力,对垂体后叶素引发的大鼠急性心肌缺血损伤具有明显保护作用。Objective :To observe the effect of Yiqi Hexue Tongluo prescription on oxidative stress of experimen- tal myocardial ischemia in rats. Method:Myocardial ischemia injury models were established by a single injec- tion of pituitrin (Pit)on rats'tail vein. Observe Ecg ST segment changes between groups of rats ,changes of Ser- um Chinese super oxide dismutase (SOD) activity , and changes of malondialdehyde (MDA) content. Re- suits : Yiqi Hexue Tongluo prescription could improve changes of acute myocardial ischemia ecg caused by pitu- itrin. The prescription could also increase the serum SOD activity and reduce the MDA contents. Conclusion: Yiqi Hexue Tongluo prescription can improve cardiac antioxidant capacity, and it has an obviously protective effect on acute myocardial ischemic injury of rats caused by pituitrin.
