Effects of Tonifying Kidney and Invigorating Spleen Prescription on the Biomechanics Property of Lumbar and Femur in Tail Suspension Model Rats

摘  要:目的:观察补肾和补肾健脾方对尾部悬吊模拟失重大鼠腰椎和股骨生物力学的影响。方法:大鼠随机分为正常组、悬吊组、补肾组和补肾健脾组共4组。后三组大鼠头低位-30°尾部悬吊连续21天,补肾和补肾健脾组大鼠从实验第1天开始分别给予补肾和补肾健脾方灌胃,其余各组大鼠灌服等容积的生理盐水。实验第22天处杀各组大鼠,取左侧股骨和第4腰椎,进行股骨三点弯曲试验和椎体压缩试验,计算最大载荷、最大挠度、弹性载荷、弹性挠度。结果:与正常组比较,悬吊组大鼠股骨和腰椎L4最大载荷、最大挠度、弹性载荷、弹性挠度均明显降低(P<0.01);与悬吊组比较,补肾组大鼠股骨最大载荷和弹性载荷升高(P<0.05),腰椎L4最大载荷、最大挠度、弹性载荷、弹性挠度均升高(P<0.01,P<0.05),补肾健脾组大鼠股骨和腰椎L4最大载荷、最大挠度、弹性载荷、弹性挠度均升高(P<0.01,P<0.05);与补肾组比较,补肾健脾组大鼠股骨最大载荷、腰椎L4最大载荷和弹性挠度均升高(P<0.05)。结论:补肾和补肾健脾方均能够改善尾部悬吊大鼠腰椎和股骨生物力学性能,以补肾健脾方作用为优。Objective: To observe the action of tonifying kidney prescription, tonifying kidney and invigorating spleen prescription on the biomechanics of lumbar and femur in tail suspension model rats. Methods: Rats were assigned to four groups randomly : control ( C ) , tail suspended ( S), tonifying kidney (TK) and tonifying kidney and invigoratingspleen (TKIS) groups. Rats in S,TK and TKIS groups were suspended by head down tilt -30°for 21 days. Rats of TK and TKIS groups were orally administrated with two decoctions and other groups with equivalent saline from the first day. The biomechanical indexes were measured respectively by fe- mur three point bending test and vertebral compression test in rats on the 22nd day. Results: Compared with the C group, the maximum stress, elastic stress, maximum deflection, elastic deflection of lumbar and femur were decreased obviously in S group. Compared with the S group, the maximum stress and elastic stress of lumbar and femur and the maximum deflection and elastic deflection of lumbar were raised in TK group. The maximum stress, elastic stress, maximum deflection and elastic deflection of lumbar and femur were added in TKIS group. Compared with the TK group, the maximum stress of lumbar and femur and the elastic deflection were increased in TKIS group. Conclusion: Tonifying kidney prescription, tonifying kidney and invigorating spleen prescription can improve the biomechanics property of lumbar and femur caused by simulated weight- lessness and the effects of tonifying kidney and invigorating spleen prescription are better than tonifying kidney prescription.
