热敏通道、膀胱过度活动症与五苓散的温阳化气作用

摘　　要：从热敏通道理论角度,对五苓散温阳化气的功用进行了解释。膀胱上皮热敏通道TRPV1\TRPA1的异常激活,与膀胱过度活动症相关,引起小便不利。五苓散桂枝中的肉桂醛是TRPA1激动剂,能使该通道脱敏,消除膀胱过动紊乱引起的小便不利,恢复膀胱气化功能,协同其他药物,共同发挥利水渗湿功用。TRPA1 is expressed in the urinary bladder and may act as sensors of stretch and chemical irritation in the lower urinary tract （LUT）. TRPA1 is also implicated in urinary bladder function based on distribution in neuronal and non - neuronal tissues of the LUT as well as pharmacological activation or blockade of TRPA1. Roles for TRPA1 in bladder sensation and inflammatory diseases of the LUT have been suggested based on in- duction of detrusor overactivity with intravesical administration of TRPA1 channel agonists. Wulingsan is used to treat the overactive bladder （OAB） and bladder pain syndrome （BPS） in China, and it contains cinnamal- dehyde,which is an agonist of TRPA1.
