摘 要:目的:通过检测益气活血通络方对糖尿病大鼠血清一氧化氮(nitric oxide NO)、血浆内皮素(endothelin ET)含量的影响,探究糖尿病大鼠血管内皮功能变化及中药复方的干预作用。方法:采用链脲佐菌素(STZ)复制糖尿病大鼠模型,随机分为模型组、中药(高、中、低剂量)组,并设空白对照组。检测体质量、血糖、血清NO、血浆ET的变化。结果:糖尿病大鼠血清NO含量明显降低,血浆ET含量明显升高,中药高剂量组与糖尿病模型组比较具有显著差异。结论:糖尿病大鼠血管内皮功能出现障碍,益气活血通络方对其具有改善作用。Objective:By detecting effect of Yiqi Huoxue Tongluo prescription on serum nitric oxide (NO) and plasma endothelin (ET) content of diabetic rats ,to explore their vascular endothelial function changes and the interventive effect of Yiqi Huoxue Tongluo prescription. Methods : Using urea with cephalosporins (STZ) copy diabetic rat models were randomly divided into model group, traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) group( high dose, medium dose and low dose), and a normal control group. Test weight, blood glucose, serum NO, plasma ET levels. Results : The serum NO levels of the diabetic rats increased significantly ; the plasma ET content in the treatment group decreased obviously;high dose group was compared with the model group and there was a significant difference. Conclusion:Blood glucose of diabetic rats can cause endothelial dysfunction, and Yiqi Huoxue Tongluo prescription can improve it.
