头皮发际区微针疗法对血管性痴呆患者认知功能及丁酰胆碱酯酶的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨头皮发际区微针疗法治疗血管性痴呆(VD)的疗效及作用机制。方法:80例VD患者随机分为两组,观察组用头皮发际区微针疗法,对照组用口服药物疗法。采用硫代丁酰胆碱法检测血浆丁酰胆碱酯酶(BuChE)的活性,采用MMSE和ADL量表评定患者的认知功能、社会活动功能及日常生活能力。结果:观察组总有效率为62.50%,对照组总有效率为55.00%,二者差异有显著性意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组MMSE、ADL量表评分与自身治疗前比较均有显著改善(P<0.01);观察组较对照组改善更为明显(P<0.05);两组血浆BuChE水平治疗后较自身治疗前均有显著降低(P<0.01);观察组血浆BuChE水平降低更为明显(P<0.05)。结论:头皮发际区微针疗法对于VD患者具有确切疗效,其作用机理与降低血浆BuChE水平相关。Objective：To evaluate the efficacy of patients with vascular dementia （ VD） treated by micro-acupuncture in the hairline regions of the scalp and explore the mechanism .Methods：80 cases of VD were ran-domly divided into two groups ,observed group was treated by micro -acupuncture in the hairline regions of the scalp,the control was given oral medicine .Before and after treatment , the changes of plasma butyrylcholinester-ase （BuChE）was determined , MMSE and ADL rating scale were examined for evaluating patients ’ cognitive function and activities of daily living .Results：The effective rate of observed group （ 62.50%） was higher than that of control group（55.00%）（P〈0.05）;After treatment ,the MMSE and ADL scores of two groups improved significantly（P〈0.01）; the effects of observed group were better than those of control group （P〈0.05）.After treatment,the BuChE level of two groups decreased significantly （P〈0.01）;the BuChE level of observed group was lower than that of control group （ P〈0.05 ） .Conclusion：The micro-acupuncture of the scalp is an effec-tive therapy for VD and its therapeutic mechanism may related closely to reducing BuChE level in blood .
