解毒化瘀通络方治疗白塞氏病的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察解毒化瘀通络方治疗白塞氏病的临床疗效并探讨其作用机理。方法:将70例白塞氏病患者随机分为两组,治疗组35例予解毒化瘀通络方治疗,对照组35例予雷公藤多苷片治疗;另选30名健康者作为健康组。治疗前后分别测定健康组和两组白塞氏病患者血浆内皮素(ET)含量;并观察治疗组和对照组的临床疗效。结果:两个疗程后,治疗组愈显率为74.3%,对照组愈显率为51.4%;4个疗程后治疗组愈显率为80.0%,对照组愈显率为54.3%;两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组能显著降低血浆内皮素水平(P<0.01)。结论:解毒化瘀通络方治疗白塞氏病有较好的疗效,且能降低ET水平。Objective：To study the therapeutic effect of Jiedu huayu tongluo formula on Beheet＇ s disease of progressive stage and its mechanism. Methods ：70 patients of Behcet＇ s disease were randomized into treatment group（35 cases）which treated by Jiedu huayu tongluo formula, and control group （35 cases）which treated by tripterygium glycosides tablet, 30 healthy subjects were taken as normal control. The conten of plasma endothelin （ET） was determined before and after treatment respectively,and the curative effect of both treated groups were observed. Results：After two treatment coures, the markedly effective rate of the treatment group was 74. 3%, that in control group was 51.4% ; after four treatment coures, the markedly effective rate of the treatment group was 80% ,that in control group was 54. 3% ,the difference between the two groups was statistical significance （P 〈 0. 05）. The treatment group can significantly reduce the plasma endothelin content （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion： Jiedu huayu tongluo formula is effective for Behcet＇ s disease of progressive stage and decreasing the content of ET was one of the mechanism.
