参麦注射液对晚期肺癌气阴两虚证和气虚痰湿证患者血清VEGF、bFGF水平的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨参麦注射液对不同证型晚期肺癌患者血管内皮细胞生长因子(VEGF)及碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)水平的调节作用。方法:将符合纳入标准的51例晚期肺癌患者,辨证分别归于气阴两虚证组及气虚痰湿证组,两组均给予参麦注射液静脉输注,治疗两个疗程。采用双抗夹心酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测治疗前后血清VEGF和bFGF含量。结果:治疗后,两组患者血清bFGF水平均有所下降,差异有显著性;气阴两虚证组的VEGF水平亦有所下降,差异显著;气阴两虚证组的VEGF和bFGF下降较气虚痰湿证组显著;治疗前后两组VEGF和bFGF水平均呈正相关。结论:参麦注射液能有效地抑制气阴两虚证晚期肺癌患者的血清VEGF、bFGF水平,且可能增强气阴两虚证晚期肺癌的VEGF和bFGF的协同作用。Ob jective：To analyze the regulatory effect of Shenmai injection on VEGF and bFGF levels in ad-vanced stage lung cancer patients with deficiency of qi and yin syndrome or qi deficiency and phlegm -dampness syndrome.Methods：51 Cases advanced stage lung cancer patients who met the inclusive standards of western medication were divided into deficiency of qi and yin syndrome group and qi deficiency and phlegm -dampness syndrome group according to differentiation standards in TCM .Both groups were given Shenmai injection （50mL） into 250mL 5%GS intravenously for 14consecutive days among the 21-day period,both groups repeated 2 treat-ment periods .The contents of VEGF and bFGF were assayed by ELISA in the patients before and after treatment . Results：After the treatment,the level of serum bFGF in both groups was significantly decreased （P〈0.001）,the level of VEGF in deficiency of qi and yin syndrome group was also significantly decreased ,which had statistical difference to compare with before treatment （P〈0.01）.The range of decline of VEGF and bFGF in deficiency of qi and yin syndrome group was more apparent （P=0.038,P=0.045）.Serum VEGF level was positively correla-ted with serum bFGF level in both groups .Conclusion： Shenmai injection can inhibit serum VEGF and bFGF levels more effectively in advanced stage lung cancer patients , that probably enhance the synergistic effect of VEGF and bFGF in advanced stage lung cancer patients with deficiency of qi and yin syndrome .
