脉络宁冻干粉对大鼠脑缺血的保护作用

摘  要:目的:观察脉络宁冻干粉对大鼠脑缺血的保护作用。方法:48只SD大鼠随机分为假手术组、模型组、脉络宁低、中、高剂量组和脉络宁注射液组,采用大脑中动脉栓线法造模(MCAO)。通过行为学评分、脑含水量、脑梗塞范围等指标观察脉络宁冻干粉对大鼠局灶性脑缺血的保护作用。结果:与模型组比较,脉络宁冻干粉中、高剂量组均明显降低术后24小时大鼠行为学评分,减轻缺血侧脑半球水肿程度(P<0.01);低、中、高剂量组的脑梗塞范围明显小于模型组(P<0.05)。结论:脉络宁冻干粉对大鼠脑缺血损伤具有明显的保护作用。Objective:To observe the actions of Mailuoning freeze -dried powder on rats'cerebral ischemia.Methods:48 SD rats were divided into 6 groups, including the sham-operation group, arterial embolism cere-bral focal cerebral ischemia model group , low, medium and high dose freez -dried powder groups and mailoun-ing injection group.The behavioral score , brain water content , the range of cerebral infarction were used to ob-serve the protection effects of Mailuoning freeze -dried powder.Results:Mailuoning freeze-dried powder could obviously decrease the behavioral score and reduce the brain water content ( P〈0.01 ).The ranges of cerebral infarction of lose dose , medium dose , high dose groups were obviously lower than that of model group ( P〈0.05 ).Conclusion:Mailuoning freeze-dried powder could protect rats cerebral injuhy caused by ischemia .
