归素膏对衰老小鼠皮肤羟脯氨酸含量及病理学变化的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察归素膏对衰老小鼠皮肤羟脯氨酸含量和组织病理学变化的影响。方法:实验分为4组,空白组、当归膏组、染料木素组和归素膏组,每组10只,各组小鼠分别涂以相应药物,45天后,ELISA法测定皮肤中羟脯氨酸含量,光镜观察皮肤组织病理学变化。结果:归素膏可明显提高衰老小鼠皮肤羟脯氨酸含量;病理学观察可见归素膏组小鼠皮肤中真皮纤维致密整齐。结论:归素膏可显著提高衰老小鼠皮肤胶原蛋白含量;改善真皮纤维结构,延缓皮肤衰老。Objective：To observe the effects of Guisu ointment on hydroxyproline content in senile mice ’ s skin and its pathological changes.Methods： Experiment was divided into four groups, senile（blank）group, Chinese angelica ointmtnt group , genistein ointment group and Guisu ointment group , each group contained 10 mice.Each group mice was given the corresponding medicine for 45 days to swear,once time a day, hydroxypro-line content in senile mice ’ s skin was determined by ELISA method , the pathological changes of skin were ob-served by light microscope .Results：Guisu ointment could obviously raise hydroxyproline content in senile mice ’ s skin , the effect was better than that in Chinese angelica ointmtnt group or genistein ointment group ,the results of light microscope observation showed that Guisu ointment could improve the pathological changes of senile mice＇s skin, the dermal fiber was compact and neat .Conclusion：Guisu ointment can delay skin aging by incraesing the collagen protein content of skin and improving construction of dermal fiber .
