如达溃疡散对乙酸型胃溃疡大鼠肿瘤坏死因子的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨如达溃疡散对实验性乙酸型大鼠胃溃疡的防治作用并探讨其作用机制。方法:建立乙酸型慢性胃溃疡模型,实验分为正常组,模型组,阳性对照组和如达溃疡散低、中、高剂量组,分组给药14天,观察胃黏膜损伤及修复情况;采用ELISA法检测大鼠血清肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)含量。结果:与模型组比较,如达溃疡散各剂量组可明显抑制胃黏膜溃疡指数、炎症指数,低剂量组与奥美拉唑组比较无明显差异。与模型组比较,如达溃疡散各剂量组均能降低大鼠血清肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)的含量;低剂量组与奥美拉唑组比较无明显差异。结论:如达溃疡散可有效拮抗实验性胃溃疡的产生,作用机制可能与降低TNF-α水平有关。Hohehot 010050 3 2011 Grade Postgraduate Student of Inner Mongolia Medical University, Hohehot 010050 ） ABSTRACT Objective：To explore the preventive effect of Ruda kuiyang powder on rats＇experimental gastric ulcer and its mechanism .Methods：Chronic gastric ulcer models were made by acetic acid , experiment was di-vided into normal, model, positive and Ruda kuiyang powder low , middle and high dose groups , each group was given the corresponding medicine for 14 days, then ,the gastric mucosa injury and repairment were observed , rats＇serum tumor necrosis factor -αwas determined by ELISA method .Results：To compare with model group , each group of Ruda kuiyang powder could obviously inhibit rats＇gastric mucosal ulcer index and the inflammation index , The effect of the low dose group was similar to that of omeprazole group , the serum TNF-αof rats in Ruda kuiyang powder each dose group was decreased significantly , there was no difference between the low dose group and omeprazole group .Conclusion：Ruda kuiyang powder was able to effectively inhibit experimental gas-tric ulcer, that was related to reduceing serum TNF -αlevel.
