摘  要:目的:探讨不同电针(音乐电针、脉冲电针)百会、太阳穴对帕金森病大鼠多巴胺能神经元的保护作用。方法:采用单侧纹状体双靶点注射6-OHDA建立大鼠帕金森病模型。实验分为空白组、假手术组、模型组、阳性组、脉冲电针组和音乐电针组,分别给予相应处理4周。应用高效液相色谱测定纹状体多巴胺(DA)含量和原位末端标记法(TUNEL)检测黑质细胞凋亡水平。结果:模型组大鼠纹状体DA含量下降,黑质神经元细胞凋亡显著,不同电针百会、太阳穴可使DA含量升高,使神经元细胞凋亡程度减轻,且音乐电针组作用优于脉冲电针组。结论:不同电针百会、太阳穴治疗帕金森病的作用机制可能是通过增加DA的含量,抑制细胞凋亡从而减少多巴胺神经元的丢失来实现的;同时音乐电针治疗可以提高临床疗效。Objective: To explore the mechanism of protective effect of different electro - acupuncture( mu- sic electro- acupuncture and pulse electro -acupuncture) on Baihui and Taiyang points on dopaminergic neu- rons of rats with Parkinson Disease. Methods: Models with PD were made by two targets injecting 6 - OHDA in one side of striatum. Experiment was divided into 6 groups, normal, sham - operation, model, positive, pulse eletro - acupunture and music electro - acupuncture groups. The content of DA in striatum was determined by HPLC method, the apoptosis level of neurons in the substantia nigra was examined by TUNEL method. Results: The DA eontent in model group induced while the apoptosis level of neurons obviously increased, and both of the musiel electro - acupuncture and pulse electro - acupurcture can increase the DA content while alleviate the ap- optosis level, the effect of the former was superior to the later. Conclusion: The mechanism of different electro - acupuncture on Baihui and Taiyang points on the treatment of PD maybe related to increasing the DA content and reducing the loss of dopaminergic neurons by inhibiting apoptosis, while the treatment of music electro - acu- puncture can enhance the clinical therapeutic effect.
