摘　　要：河南渑池礼庄寨-平顶山地区铝土矿整装勘查区是国土资源部公布的47块整装勘查区之一,河南省在全国率先进行煤下铝土矿矿业权的设置,为科学设置煤下铝土矿矿业权积累了丰富的经验。从地质与成矿、合法性和经济性方面对矿业权科学设置合理性进行了分析,并提出了科学设置煤下铝土矿矿业权建议。Monohydrallite package exploration district in He han Lizhuangzhai -Pingdingshan area is one of the 47 package exploration districts announced by Ministry of Land and Resources. In this paper, scientific arrangement of the mining rights from the aspects of geology and mineralization, legitimacy and economical efficiency was analyzed, and recommendations were also made.
