摘 要:采用磁场筛选机对福建某铁矿选厂第三次磁选精矿的细筛筛下产品进行精选提质工业试验,试验指标为铁精矿品位65.31%,比同期选厂的生产精矿品位提高了1.31%,作业回收率为87.05%。试验证明,磁场筛选机分选精矿指标较为稳定,提质幅度与效果显著,且设备运行时所需动力小,操作简单,运行稳定,设备具有较强的适应性。Industrial test of using magnetic field screening separator in the concentrate selected to mass of the undersize product of the fine screen of the third magnetic separation was made in an I- ron Concentrator in Fujian province. It obtained a iron concentrate grading 65.31%, 1.31% high- er than that of the concentrate produced at the same period by the concentrator and the recovery was 87.05%. The test verified that the concentrate separation index of the magnetic field screening sep- arator was more stable, the mass range and effect was significant. And when equipment running, the required power was small, the operation was simple, the running was stability, as to the equip-ment had strong adaptability.
