摘 要:收集长春市目标区1 397栋建筑物的特征数据,借助震害预测数学模型进行了单体建筑物震害预测计算,选用ArcGIS10地理信息平台绘制了3D-GIS震灾损失分布图,综合评价了长春市各类房屋的抗震能力.结果表明,长春市近七成的建筑物是80—90年代间建造,近六成的建筑物是多层砌体结构,建筑物抗震能力由高至低分别是多层钢筋混凝土结构、单层钢筋混凝土柱结构、多层砌体结构、单层砖柱结构.当遭遇Ⅵ—Ⅶ度地震破坏时建筑物大部分处于基本完好状态,遭遇Ⅷ—Ⅸ度地震破坏时建筑物的破坏比较严重.Features of 1 397 buildings in Changchun City have been collected;Using mathematical modelof seismic forecasting, seismic damages of single buildings have been evaluated; Using ArcGIS10 asplatform, 3D-GIS map of earthquake disaster distribution of the city has been drawn, seismicperformance of all kinds of buildings in Changchun have been evaluated. The result shows that ofChangchun buildings, nearly 7 scores were built in 1980--1990, 6 scores are built by multistorymasonry structure. Seismic performance of buildings, from high to low, is by multi-storey reinforcedconcrete structure, single storey reinforced concrete structure, multistory masonry structure, single-layer brick structure. When seismic damage intensity encountering is Ⅵ-Ⅶ, most buildings will bealmost well when seismic damage intensity encountering is Ⅷ-Ⅸ, buildings will be damaged seriously.
