摘  要:以天津某化工产业园区内的制药厂为例,以无线传输与物联网技术为载体、三维GIS为支撑,开发了具有三维可视化功能的制药行业安全预警与灭火救援平台.该平台日常可以实施远程监控、安全管理、监测监控、风险分析与预警;突发状态下可以实施最佳安全疏散路线形成、灭火救援辅助决策等功能.该平台实现了对关键装置和要害部位的实时监控与远程监控.对提高企业管理、预防和处理突发性重特大事件的水平,降低事故发生率与事故损失具有重要的意义.A pharmaceutical factory in Tianjin chemical industry park was selected as an example to de- velop the fire safety emergency rescue platform of pharmaceutical industry based on the interr:et of things and three dimension geographic information system (3D GIS). The platform has heen developed with functions of 3D visualization, wireless transmission and internet technology as the carrier. The functions, including remote monitoring, security management, monitoring, risk analysis arid early warning, could be realized in the plat- form. Once the accident happened, the formation of best safety evacuation path and fire fighting and rescue aid- ed decision-making could be provided by the rescue platform. The real-time and remote monitoring for the key device and equipment was described in 3D models, which is very important to improve the level of safety man- agement, prevention and treatment of sudden major accidents and to reduce the incidence of accidents arid loss.
