摘  要:目的:研究三萜皂苷类成分在三叶木通藤茎中的积累动态变化,以确定合适的采收时期和采收年限。方法:以同一生长条件下不同生长年限、不同采收时期的三叶木通藤茎为材料,用高效液相色谱法对其主要活性成分齐墩果酸和常春藤皂苷元的含量进行测定。结果:1~6年是三叶木通藤茎中齐墩果酸的积累期,7~8年的含量快速增长,至9年达到最高,10年其含量又迅速下降,10年以上的含量与1~6年的相比无明显差异;常春藤皂苷元的积累随生长年限无较大变化。结论:三叶木通藤茎的合适采收年限为8~9年。8年生三叶木通藤茎中齐墩果酸、常春藤皂苷元的含量均在9月上旬达到最高,综合考虑用药习惯和三萜皂苷含量,确定8月下旬至9月下旬为三叶木通的最适采收期。Objective : In order to understand the accumulation dynamic of triterpenoid saponins in Akebia trifoliata stem to determine the suitable harvesting time and the growth age of stem. Methods : The contents of effective components, oleanolic acid and hederagenin in Akebia trifoliata stems, collected at the same growth condition of different growth ages and different harvesting time, were compared by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). Results:The accumulation period of oleanolic acid was from the first year to the sixth year, the content rose quickly in the seventh year, and reached the greatest at the ninth year, then declined quickly, the contents in stem of more than 10 years had no significant difference compared with that of 1 - 6 years. The content of herderagenin had no great change by the age of stem. Conclusion:Comprehensive consideration,the triterpenoid saponins contents of the eight to nine years old Akebia trifoliata stems were higher. The most appropriate harvesting time for Akebia trifoliata was from later August to later September in the eighth years.
