摘 要:通过实验研究了新型温控阀的控温性能,并采用N-S方程和标准k-ε湍流模型对其内流场进行了数值计算。结果表明,温控阀的线性度较好且静态偏差小。当冷热水入口比例、冷水温度、水流速度都不变时,随着热水入口温度的升高,阀内的压强稍有减小的趋势,而且混合水出口的温度也明显升高,说明进口水温的变化对阀的压力有影响,由于水温主要由热水温度来决定,所以热水进口温度是影响温控阀控温的一个关键因素。The temperature control performance experiment was conducted and based on the N-S equation and k-ε standard turbulence model,the inner of thermostatic valve was simulated to study temperature control performance.The results show that static characteristic of thermostatic valve is linear and has a small static deviation,and the export mix water temperature control ability of thermostatic valve is verified.When the proportion of hot and cold water inlet,water temperature,water flow speed are constant,with the increase of hot water inlet temperature,the pressure within the valve slightly decreases,and its corresponding to the mixed water outlet temperature also increased significantly.That outlet water temperature has influence on the pressure change on the valve,and the outlet water temperature is mainly determined by the temperature of hot water.That is,the inlet temperature of hot water is the main factors affecting the temperature control of thermostatic valve.
