Effects of organic manure/chemical fertilizer ratio on pakchoi yield and quality in greenhouse and open field under the same N fertilizer rate

摘  要:研究了有机肥(猪粪堆肥)和无机复合肥单独施用及配施对大棚和露地青菜产量和品质的影响。结果表明:在施肥量为150 kg/hm^2的等氮条件下,就产量和经济效益来说,在施用肥料中无机复合肥的比例越大、产量越高,经济效益也越好。大棚青菜的产量和效益显著高于露地生产,但大棚青菜的硝酸盐含量显著高于露地青菜,维生素C(Vc)、蛋白质和可溶性糖含量则显著低于露地青菜;不管何种栽培方式,随着有机氮的施用比例逐渐提高,青菜的硝酸盐含量降低,Vc、蛋白质和可溶性糖含量提高。配施有机肥有利于提高蔬菜品质,特别是在设施生产中,效果更为明显。The effects of pig manure compost and chemical fertilizer applied alone or combined ap-plication on pakchoi yield and quality in greenhouse or open field were studied.Under the same N con-dition(150 kg.hm2 ),greater ratio of inorganic nitrogen achieved the higher yield and better economic benefits.The production and efficiency of pakchoi in greenhouse was significantly higher than that in the open field.The nitrate content of pakchoi in greenhouse were significantly higher than that in open field,while the Vc content,the protein content and the soluble sugar content in pakchoi were sig-nificantly lower in open field than in greenhouse.Regardless of cultivation methods,the nitrate con-tent of pakchoi reduced,the Vc content,the protein content and the soluble sugar content of pakchoi increased with the increase of organic nitrogen.Organic fertilizer ratio was helpful to improve the quality of pakchoi,and the effect was more evident in the facilities production.
