小儿支气管异物取出术中并发气胸的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨小儿支气管异物取出术中并发气胸的原因、诊断及处理原则。方法:我科2003-01-2013-12期间共计行支气管镜检术3324例,对术中并发气胸的13例病例进行回顾性分析。结果:10例治愈,2例因异物未能取出转胸外科手术,1例死亡。结论:尽快解除呼吸道梗阻,快速的诊断和正确的处理是降低支气管异物并发症死亡率的前提。Objective：To investigate the etiology, diagnosis and treatment of pneumothorax during the remov-al of bronchial foreign bodies in children. Method：We have performed a retrospective study and found 13 cases be-tween 2003 and 2013 at our department. Result： Of all the 13 cases, 10 cases were cured,2 cases were transferred to thoracic surgery because of falling to remove the foreign body and 1 case died. Conclusion：Removal the obstruc-tion of the airway as soon as possible, rapid diagnosis and correct treatment is the precondition of reducing the mor-tality of bronchial foreign bodies.
