摘　　要：患者，男，14个月。2011年10月24日因咳嗽声嘶、呼吸困难8h而以“急性喉炎”收入我院儿科，其家长诉患儿在田间玩耍后发病，当时无专人看管，情况不详，否认有异物吸入史。其家族中爷爷有哮喘病史。入院体检：体温38．4℃，脉搏108次／min，呼吸28次／min。Summary The patient suffered from cough, hoarseness and dyspnea for eight hours. Wheezes were present in bilateral lungs. The initial clinical diagnosis was acute laryngitis and asthma. But the corresponding treatments produced no improvement. So the further step was took and the siberian cocklebur fruit was observed and removed from vocal area through the direct laryngoscopy. Then the patient was diagnosed foreign body in vocal area.
