摘  要:利用电导仪结合光学显微镜及扫描电镜探讨了3 GPa压力处理对高强高导铜合金导电率的影响。结果表明,铜合金经3 GPa压力处理后的导电率有所降低;而经3 GPa压力处理后再经时效处理能提高铜合金导电率,且导电率随时效温度的升高先增大后减小,当时效温度500℃时,导电率呈高峰值。The effect of 3 GPa pressure treatment on the electrical conductivity of high-strength high-conductivity copper alloy was studied by electric conductivity instrument, optical microscopy and scanning electron microscope. The results show that the electrical conductivity of copper alloy after 3 GPa pressure treatment reduces. After 3 GPa pressure treatment and aging treatment, the electrical conductivity increases, and the electrical conductivity increases and then decreases with increasing aging temperature. The high peak value of electrical conductivity can be obtained at 500℃.
