摘  要:对生物医用锆合金表面进行热氧化改性处理,研究了氧化温度、氧化时间和冷却方式对改性层硬度、结合强度及膜厚的影响,并采用正交优化法进行分析。最终确定出一套综合性能较优的氧化工艺,即经700℃加热、8 h氧化保温及随炉冷却处理,所获得的氧化锆膜层硬度达到1258 HV,与基体硬度199 HV相比,提高了5倍多,同时得到较好的结合度。The surface of biomedical zirconium alloy was disposed with thermal oxidation modified treatment, the influence law of hardness, adhesive strength and thickness affected by oxidation temperature, oxidation time and cooling mode was studied, and then orthogonal optimization method was used to analysis the experimental data. Ultimately an oxidation process with a better comprehensive performance was identified. The process is oxidation treatment at 700 ℃ for 8 h with furnace cooling. The hardness of ZrO2 film reaches 1258 HV, compared with the hardness of base Zirconium 199 HV(the amplification is more than five times) and acquires a better adhesive strength at the same time.
