摘  要:采用不同工艺对含铝轻型钢结构材料进行了热处理,并进行了显微组织、力学性能和耐腐蚀性能的测试与对比分析。结果表明,分级退火、分级淬火或二次变温回火,有利于细化含铝轻型钢结构材料的内部组织,提高其力学性能和耐腐蚀性能。在其它热处理工艺相同的情况下,分级退火较常规退火、分级淬火较常规淬火和二次变温回火较常规回火,其抗拉强度分别增加39、16和27 MPa,伸长率分别增加0.9%、1.9%和4.8%,0℃冲击吸收功分别增加4.4、4.5和9.2 J,腐蚀电位分别正移160、120和170 mV。The light section steel structure material containing aluminum was heat treated by different processes. And the microstructure, mechanical properties and corrosion resistance were tested and analyzed. The results show that grading annealing, grading quenching and secondary tempering at different temperature can help refine microstructure and improve the mechanical properties and corrosion resistance of the material. Under the condition of the same other heat treatment, grading annealing comparing with common annealing, grading quenching comparing with common quenching and the secondary tempering at different temperature comparing with common tempering, can make the tensile strength increase respectively39 MPa, 16 MPa and 27 MPa, make elongation increase respectively 0.9%,1.9% and 4.8%, make impact energy at the temperature of zero increase respectively 4.4 J, 4.5 J and 9.2 J, and change corrosion potential respectively from 160 mV, 120 mV and 170 mV to positive direction.
