摘 要:为降低锌白铜合金线材在罩式退火炉中的氧化,探讨无氢免酸洗退火工艺,分析了锌白铜合金线材退火后的表面氧化物。结果表明:润滑油残留和锌与铜的氧化是锌白铜退火后表面质量较差的主要原因;经过理论分析和实验,提出了改进措施,使锌白铜合金在无氢状态下达到免酸洗退火。To reduce the oxidation of zinc cupronickel alloy wire rod in annealing furnace, the pickling-free annealing process of hydrogen-free was discussed and the surface oxide of zinc cupronickel alloy wire rod after annealing was analyzed.The results show that the main reason of zinc cupronickel alloy poor surface quality after annealing is oxidation of lubricating oil residues, zinc and copper. The improvement measures were proposed through theory analysis and experiments, the zinc cupronickel alloy pickling-free annealing process of hydrogen-free was achieved.
