摘  要:以刺槐为试验材料,研究了萌发过程中种子吸水规律及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、谷胱甘肽还原酶(GR)活性的动态变化规律。结果表明,刺槐种子在吸胀24 h后种子吸水率达到58.75%,并在44 h后种子开始萌发;种子吸水率随浸种时间的变化趋势近似呈"S"型曲线,种子萌发过程共经历吸水准备期、快速吸水期、缓慢吸水期和吸水饱和期4个阶段;4种抗氧化酶活性的变化趋势不尽相同,SOD、POD、CAT活性在萌发过程中的反应均表现为多项式变化规律,即在吸胀期的活性显著升高,而萌动期降低;GR活性变化规律与SOD、POD、CAT活性的变化正好相反。综合分析表明,SOD、POD、CAT和GR活性均能够较好地指示刺槐种子萌发阶段。Water absorption regularity of seed during germination process and dynamics change regularity of activities of glutathione reductase ( GR), superoxide dismutase ( SOD ), peroxidase ( POD ) and catalase (CAT) in Robinia pseudoacacia were investigated. The results showed that:R, pseudoacacia seeds imbibed in water absorption rate of seeds reached 58.75% after 24 h,and seeds began to germinate after 44 h. The change trend of seedwater absorbing rate showed approximately the curve of "S" with the change of soaking seed time, the process of seed germination had experienced four stages of the preparation period ,fast period ,slow period and saturation period of absorbing water;the change trend of four kinds of antioxidant enzymes activities were not the same, reaction of SOD, POD, CAT activities during germination showed changes of polynomial, that the seed activity in imbibition period was increased, in budding period was reduced;the changes of GR activity and SOD,POD,CAT activities in the opposite. Comprehensive analysis showed that: the SOD, POD, CAT and GR could better indicate the germination stage of R. pseudoacacia seeds.
