摘  要:向家坝水电站泄洪表孔液压启闭机在冬季闭门开始阶段多次报出"无杆腔超压"故障,导致远方集控、现地闭门动作失败,影响闸门的正常运行。原因分析认为,故障报警主要是由于冬季气温低,液压油油液粘度增大,液阻变大所致。在不降低故障报警原设计定值的情况下,经过试验确定,闭门开始阶段的"无杆腔超压"继电器动作判断延时10 s,以确保表孔安全稳定运行。The hydraulic hoists of surface spillway in Xiangjiaba Hydropower Station often signal the fault of "Overpressure in no-rod chamber" attheclosingbeginninginwinter, whichresultthefailuresignalofgateclosingbythewayofremotecentralizedcontroland local control. The cause analyses believe the fault alarm is mainly due to larger hydraulic resistance which will increase as the increase of hydraulic oil viscosity in low temperature environment of winter. Under the condition of without changing the fault alarm settings, the tests show that the relay for "Overpressure in no-rod chamber" fault can be delayed 10 s to trigger in closing beginning in order to ensure safe and stable operation of surface spillway.
