摘  要:基板的锚定特性,包括锚定能大小和锚定易取方向,影响液晶指向矢的分布,直接导致液晶盒电容的改变,因此可以通过液晶盒电容的测量确定基板表面的锚定特性。基于液晶弹性理论和变分原理,理论推导弱锚定平行排列向列相和混合排列向列相液晶盒系统的平衡态方程和边界条件,采用差分迭代方法数值模拟得到了液晶盒约化电容随电压、锚定能系数及锚定易取方向变化的曲线。结果表明:液晶盒电容随基板锚定能系数的增加而减小;随预倾角的增加,液晶盒电容随锚定能系数的变化缩小;同一电压和基板锚定能系数下,平行排列向列相液晶盒电容不会大于混合排列向列相液晶的电容。The anchoring property of substrate, including the anchoring energy and the anchoring easy directon, can affect the distribution of liquid crystal director, which results in the capacitance change of liquid crystal cell, so the anchoring property may be determined by measuring the capacitance of liquid crystal cell. Based on liquid crystal elasticity theory and variational principles, the equilibrium equation and the boundary condition of weak anchoring parallel aligned nematic (PAN) and hybrid aligned nematic (HAN) liquid crystal cell are deduced theoretically. The variations of reduced capaci- tance of liquid crystal cell with applied voltage, anchoring energy coefficient and anchoring easy direc- tion are simulated using the finite difference iterative method. The results show that the capacitance of liquid crystal cell will decrease with increase of the anchoring energy coefficient;the variation of capacitance of liquid crystal cell with the anchoring energy coefficient will reduce with the increase of pretilt angle;the capacitance of PAN cell is not greater than that of HAN cell for the same voltage and anchoring energy coefficient of substrate.
