摘　　要：T-157N外沟磨床原为磨削轴承外滚道和粗磨内孔的闲置设备。随着轴承品种和产量的增加,轴承内孔终磨设备变得缺乏。为解决上述问题,对该机床软硬件进行改造,增加内孔尺寸主动测量装置,实现了内孔终磨加工,保证了生产的顺利进行。T-157N outer raceway grinder was originally used to grind the outer raceway of bearing or coarsely grind inner holes. Along with the raise in types and output of bearings, it turned short of equipment for end milling the inner hole of bearing. In order to solve the problem mentioned above, the grinder was improved both on software and hardware. By means of adding active measurement device for monitoring dimension of inner hole, the end milling of inner hole was done well, and production was guaranteed successfully.
