摘　　要：通过对故障轴承的检查分析,找出轴承产生故障的原因,并从设计角度采取了改进措施,对改进结果进行了验证,提高了轴承的可靠性。Through the inspection and the analysis for the faulty bearing, the reasons of causing the bearing fault was found, and the improvement measures were used from the design, the improvement results were veriifed, the bearing reliability was increased.
