摘  要:以贵州仁怀地方甘薯品种脱毒试管苗为试验材料,研究不同浓度的甘露醇(2%-10%)对试管苗保存效果的影响。结果表明:甘露醇可抑制试管苗的生长,延长保存时间,其中以6%-8%的浓度最为理想,可保存试管苗11个月,成活率达35%,且不影响试管苗继代。Virus-free plantlets of local variety of sweet potato was taken as experimental material and the multiplication culture medium supplemented with different concentration mannital(2%-10%) were used as the regard proliferation medium to study the effect of different concentration mannital on the growth and conservation of tube plantlets. The results showed that mannital could not only inhibit the growth of the tube plantlets but also prolong the conservation period. When the concentration of mannital was 6%-8%,the plantlets could be preserved at least eleven months and the survival rate was 35%,but had no significant effect on subculture.
