摘　　要：对山西省蔬菜斑潜蝇的发生进行了调查,并通过对线粒体DNA(mtDNA)的COI基因序列的扩增与测序,运用最大简约法构建系统树,对斑潜蝇属的3个种18个样本进行了快速鉴定。此方法为快速准确地鉴定提供了一个新的参考途径。The distribution of Liriomyza in Shanxi was investigated, and 18 samples of 3 species in the genus Liriomyza had been sequenced to obtain the data of mtDNA COI sequences for its identities. Combining both our data and those from Genbank, phylogenetic trees with most parsimony were constructed. The method is helpful for rapid identification.
