摘 要:重型天燃气发动机采用缸外预混合燃烧方式,空燃比决定着天然气发动机排放及动力性能。采用当量燃烧/稀薄燃烧相结合的混合燃烧方式,在中低负荷区,通过当量燃烧和三效催化器降低排气中各种污染物的浓度、减小循环波动、提高整车驱动性;在大负荷区,通过稀薄燃烧降低NOx原始排放,同时降低热负荷、提高经济性,发动机本体不需作重大改进即可满足国Ⅴ排放及驱动性的要求。For heavy-duty gas engine with outside-cylinder premixed combustion mode, the air-fuel ratio determines the gas engine emissions and power performance. Mixed combustion mode by using equivalent combined combustion/lean burn can in low load region reduce the concentration of various exhaust pollutants, reduce cycle fluctuation and improve vehicle driving with equivalent combustion and three way catalytic converter, and can in high load area reduce NOxemissions and heat load at the same time and improve fuel economy by lean combustion. The engine with the mixed combustion mode can meet the China V emissions standard and driving requirement without significant modification.
