摘　　要：目的鉴定1例Xg血型系统抗-Xga并进行交叉配血。方法采用血清学方法鉴定ABO和RhD血型,采用盐水介质和LISS-IAT法做抗体鉴定,采用Liss/Coombs卡进行交叉配血。结果经鉴定抗体为抗-Xga,患者与10位献血员进行交叉配血相合2人,相合者均为男性。结论引起交叉配血不相合的抗体为Xg血型系统抗-Xga。Objective To identify a rare anti-Xg＂ antibody in the Xg blood group system for crossmatching. Methods ABO and RhD blood group were typed by serological method. Antibodies were identified by the use of saline medium and LISS-IAT method. Cross-matching was completed by Liss/Coombs card method. Results The antibody was identified as anti-Xg＇. The patient was erossmatchod with ten blood donors, but only two male blood donors were compatible. Conclusion Anti-Xg＂ antibody of Xg blood group system caused crossmatching incompatibility.
