摘 要:针对大功率永磁同步电机驱动器直流母线上的传导干扰导致驱动器难以满足国军标对电磁兼容性要求的问题,分析了驱动器直流母线上传导干扰产生的原因,设计了一个额定电压为56V、额定电流为100A的EMI滤波器,用于抑制驱动器直流母线上的传导干扰。通过分析滤波器的源阻抗和负载阻抗,根据阻抗失配原则,确定了滤波器的电路模型,并且对滤波器的插入损耗进行了理论计算。将该滤波器应用于某大功率永磁同步电机驱动器直流母线上,进行了电磁兼容试验。试验结果表明所设计的滤波器有效抑制了传导干扰,具有一定的参考应用价值。The DC-bus conducted interference of high power PMSM driver is one of the main reasons that lead to the electromagnetic compatibility of the driver to be difficult to meet the re-quirements of military standard.Aimed at the problem,the arising reason of the DC-bus con-ducted interference was analyzed,and a EMI filter of rated voltage 56V and rated current 100A was designed to restrain the DC-bus conducted interference.The source impedance and load impedance of the EMI filter were analyzed.By means of the analysis of impedance mismatch principle,the circuit model of the EMI filter was confirmed and the insertion loss of the EMI filter was calculated theoretically.The filter was applied to a high power PMSM driver and the electromagnetic compatibility test was carried out.The test results showed that the designed filter can effectively restrain conducted interference and it has the definite reference and applica-tion value.
