摘  要:开发了短极距、高电流密度条件下电解精炼处理低品位、高杂质阳极铜技术;以铜精炼全流程(阳极铜浇铸-电解精炼-阳极泥综合回收)为优化对象,以产品质量、能耗和资源回收为优化目标,运用多目标整体协同规划-优选原理和物质流-能量流耦合优化技术,构建了包括四大自控系统在内的铜精炼全流程智能化控制系统;研发了阳极铜浇铸成套装备;开发了电解精炼过程资源综合回收技术体系。项目产业化实施3年累计产值657.277亿元,经济效益38.538亿元,合计节约标煤19 970 t,累计减排CO,53 122 t。The electrorefining technology to treat low grade and high impurity anode copper under the conditions of short distance and high current density was developed, taking the whole process of Copper refining( anode copper casting-electrorefining-comprehensive recovery of anode slime) as the optimization target, and the product quality, energy consumption and resource recycling as the optimization objective, the optimization technology of multi-target overall cooperative planning-optimization principle and material-energy flow coupling were used to built the intelli- gent control system of whole copper refining process including four major automatic control system. A complete set of equipment for anode copper casting was research and developed, and the technology of resources comprehensive recovery in electrorefining process was developed. The production adds up to ¥65. 727 7 billion, the economic benefits to ¥3. 853 8 billion and the amounts of emission reduction of CO2 to 53 122 t, and it saved as much as 19 970 t standard coal.
