摘  要:废弃电路板的资源化回收是环境保护和资源循环利用的前沿课题.针对电路板复杂组分难以有效分选的特点,设计开发了充气式液固流化床和新型流体分布器.强化物料按密度分离过程,实现堆积物料的二次分选,提高分选回收率.当进水流量为1.50m3/h,充气量为2.00m3/h,矿浆浓度为150g/L,分选床倾角为40°时,金属的分选回收率可达95.51%.采用Design-Expert软件建立了回收率与实验操作条件之间的二次方模型,模型的预测值和实际值非常吻合,残差、平衡值、学生化残差、库克距离均能达到预测精度的要求,为应用充气式液固流化床控制电路板破碎产物的有效分选提供了理论指导.Recycling of waste printed circuit boards (PCBs) is one of important problems of en- vironmental pollution and resource reutilization. An inflatable liquid-solid fluidized bed and a novel distributor were developed for the effective separation of waste PCBs. A density-domi- nant separation was reinforced, and the separation efficiency was greatly improved by the sec- ondary separation of cumulate materials. The recovery of 95.51% was achieved with a water flow rate of 1.50 m3/h, a gas flow rate of 2.00 mS/h, a slurry concentration range of 150 g/L, and an obliquity of 40~. The Design Expert software was employed to establish a quadratic model between the recovery rate and operating parameters. The results indicate that the predic- ted value based on the model is very closed to the actual value. All the assessment indicators of residual, leverage, student residual, cook's distance reach the required standards. It provides a theoretical basis for the high-efficiency separation of crushed waste PCBs using the inflatable liquid-solid fluidized bed.
