摘　　要：本文着重回顾现代汉语标准语的语音标准形成与确立的历史发展进程中三个重要的里程碑;探讨有关普通话语音标准确立过程的几个基本理论问题;试图提出普通话语音标准立体框架的总体构建设想,初步探讨这个框架的确立原则。This article will focus on the review of three important milestones in the development and establishment of the pronunciation norms of modern Chinese common language; discuss several basic theoretical issues related to the establishment of Mandarin phonetic standards; and try to put forward the general idea to build a three-dimensional framework of Mandarin pronunciation standards, and initially discuss the establishment principles of this framework.
