钬激光碎石术与体外冲击波碎石术治疗输尿管结石的疗效比较

摘　　要：目的 比较分析钬激光碎石术与体外冲击波碎石术治疗输尿管结石的疗效.方法 选择2011年3月～2014年1月我院应用钬激光碎石术治疗的50例输尿管结石患者为观察组,另选择同期应用体外冲击波碎石术治疗的50例输尿管结石患者为对照组,比较两组患者碎石成功率、手术时间住院时间及并发症情况.结果 观察组50例患者的碎石成功率达94％,包括上段结石7例,中段结石15例,下段结石25例.观察组的碎石成功率明显高于对照组,观察组的手术时间、住院时间分别明显短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.观察组患者术后并发症发生率显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 钬激光碎石术治疗输尿管结石具有创伤小、碎石效率高、手术时间短、并发症少等优点,值得推广和应用.Objective To comparative the effect of holmium laser lithotripsy and extracorporeal shock wave lithotfipsy for ureteral calculi. Methods From March 2011 to January 2014 in our hospital, 50 cases of patients with ureteral calculi were treated with holmium laser lithotripsy as the observation group, while another 50 cases of patients with ureteral calculi were treated with extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy at the same period as the control group, the successful rate, gravel operation time, duration of hospitalization and complications were compared between in two groups. Results The successful rate of observation group of 50 patients was 94%, including 7 cases of ureteral stones, 15 cases of middle ureteral stones, 25 cases of lower ureteral stones. The gravel successful rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, the operation time, duration of hospitalization of observation group were significantly shorter than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. The incidence of postoperative complications of patients in the observation group was significantly lower than in the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The holmium laser lithotripsy for ureteral calculi has minimally invasive, high efficiency gravel, short operation time, few complications and the treatment should be promoted and applied.
