摘　　要：目的探讨缺血修饰白蛋白与高血压患者血压的相关性。方法将150例原发性高血压患者按照血压情况分为A组、B组及C组,并设30例健康体检者为对照组D组。对所有实验对象进行一般资料统计,检测空腹血糖、血压、血脂以及血清IMA水平,比较不同高血压患者的IMA水平。结果 IMA随着血压的升高,呈逐渐升高趋势,经相关性分析和Logistic回归分析发现,高血压患病时间与DBP为影响高血压患者IMA含量的独立相关因素。结论 IMA与高血压密切相关,在预测高血压对全身组织靶器官血流灌注方面具有一定的临床意义。Objective To investigate the elationship between IMA and blood pressure. Methods A total of 150 patients were divided into group A.group B.group C according to the blood pressure,and 30 cases of healthy for a control group D,The FBG,blood pressure.serum lipids and IMA were determined in all the study subjects. Results IMA was rising with the blood pressure, the correlation analysis and Logistic regression analysis found that the time of hyperten- sion and DBP were the independent related factors influencing the IMA content in hypertension patients. Conclusion The IMA was closely related to hypertension, In predicting hypertensive target organs of body tissue perfusion aspects has a certain clinical significance.
