摘　　要：目的分析增强自我效能护理干预对膀胱癌造口患者生存质量的影响。方法选择膀胱癌造口患者42例为研究对象,分为研究组和对照组各21例。对照组给予常规护理,研究组在常规护理的基础上给予增强自我效能干预。对两组的自我效能和生存质量进行随访调查。结果两组术后1个月和3个月自我效能和总体健康存在显著差异,研究组显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对膀胱癌造口患者进行增强自我效能护理干预,能够提高患者的自我效能,从而提高其生存质量,值得临床推广。Objective To discuss effect of enhance self-efficacy intervention on patients with bladder cancer colostomy. Methods Forty-two cases with bladder cancer colostomy were divided into study group and control group each of 21 cases. Control group received normal nursing, and study group received enhancing self-efficacy intervention based on normal nursing. Self-efficiency and quality of life were surveyed. Results Self-efficiency and quality of life showed ap- parently difference between two groups at one month and three months after operation, and study group was better than control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Enhancing self-efficacy intervention for patients with bladder cancer colostomy can improve self-efficiency and quality of life, worthy of clinical use.
