摘　　要：介绍国内外氯碱产业现状。指出国内氯碱产业发展策略——整合资源,发展产业集群化。详细介绍了新材料集群、氟硅化工、精细化工和杀菌剂产业的集群化发展可行性和工艺链。The present situation of worldwide chlor - alkali industry was introduced. The development of chlor - alkali industry in China should follow the strategy of integrating resources, and clustered development. The feasibility of clustered development of chemicals, such as new materials, fluorine chemicals, silicon chemicals, fine chemicals, and bactericides, was introduced in detail as well as their process chains.
