摘 要:目的探索住院总护士专业化培训与管理模式,提高夜间护理质量、护理安全以及缓解低年资护士工作压力。方法借鉴住院总医师的管理经验,制订住院总护士岗位管理制度,选拔临床护理骨干担任住院总护士,岗前培训合格后履行岗位职责。结果实施临床住院总护士岗位制度以来,为各临床科室解决夜间护理工作中疑难问题76起;参与护理质量控制672起;住院总护士工作总体满意度较高。结论临床住院总护士岗位制度的实施,为现有晚夜班护理技术力量的某些薄弱环节提供了有效的补充,进一步保障了晚夜间护理安全。Objective To explore the methods and effects of professional training and management mode of chief nurses,so as to improve nursing quality at night and nursing safety,and alleviate working pressure of junior nurses.Methods Using the experience of hospital management of chief resident,established chief nurse job management system,selected clinical nursing backbone as chief nurse,implemented post responsibility after training qualified.Results Since implementing clinical chief nurse,it had solved 76 complicated problems in night shifts,involved in 672 nursing quality control.The job satisfaction of clinical chief nurses was improved.Conclusion Implementation of clinical chief nurse can provide effective supplement for the existing night shift weak links of nursing technology,and further ensure the security of late night nursing safety.
