摘　　要：将传统儒家思想的"仁、爱、礼、信、和"应用于老年科临床护理与护理管理,实践对老年患者的优质护理服务与护理队伍的人性化管理,不仅能提高老年护理服务品质与患者满意度,还有助于提升老年科护士的人文素质,促进构建优良的护患与护士之间关系,提升护理工作效率与管理效能,促进"人口老龄化"背景下的老年护理内涵建设。Application of confucian thought including ＂benevolence,love,ritual,faith and harmony＂ in the clinical nursing and nursing management of geriatric department,implementing high quality nursing service for senile patients and with humanized management of the nursing team can not only improve nursing service quality and satisfaction of senile patients,but also help to improve nurses＇humanistic quality,promote favorable nurse-patient relationship,improve nursing work efficiency and management efficacy,and the connotation construction of geriatric nurse under the background of population ageing.
